Synopsis：

中学校で実施された、いじめに関する意識調査のアンケート。いじめは、いじめられる側にも原因があるか？という問にただ一人「そう思う」と答えた生徒がいたことは校内のトップニュースとなる。

An attitude survey on bullying was conducted at a junior high school. There was a question in that questionnaire if there was any cause on the part of the bullied. One student answered, “YES.” This became the top news of the school.
